Meandering the dark blue, flickering days, ominous and tranquil, gently drifting havoc. Nights are brightest when the heat lingers. Tempestuous clouds, the tea simmers, a year of harbingers, birds a chorus of the future. These summer nights, changing tides and windswept horizons provide a backdrop for suspended animation. The glint of failed architecture still provides shelter. While long howls from another day trace a pattern in the wings of flowers floating in golden sunbeams, fluttering and transfixed.
